The low-noise and dust-free building dismantling cutting machine comprises a moving mechanism, a lifting mechanism, a connecting mechanism and a cutting mechanism, a main machine frame in the moving mechanism is driven to move horizontally, the lifting mechanism is arranged in the main machine frame, the connecting mechanism is provided with a connecting base plate and a plurality of connecting pieces in multiple directions, and the connecting pieces are integrally connected with the connecting base plate. The connecting base plate is connected to a top plate of the main machine frame in a penetrating mode through evenly-distributed guide columns and connected with the lifting mechanism to ascend and descend in a linkage mode, the cutting mechanism is provided with more than two saw blades based on each connecting piece, and the cutting edge of each saw blade is arranged in a longitudinal cutting mode in the initial state. And all saw blade buses are externally connected with a controller and are driven to be opened and closed in groups or turn to switch cutting edges for transverse cutting. Under actual building dismantling operation, a controlled and guided saw blade is used for sawing wallboards or floors into strips and blocks according to needs, and assembly line type recycling and reusing are achieved. The building body can be quickly dismantled, the field environmental pollution is reduced, the dismantling efficiency is high, and the labor intensity is low.
本发明揭示了一种低噪音免扬尘的拆楼切割机及拆楼方法,该机包括移动、升降、连接和切割四大主要机构,移动机构中主机架受驱水平移动,升降机构设于主机架之中,连接机构设有连接基板及与其一体相连的多个方向上若干连接件,且连接基板通过均匀分布的导向柱穿接于主机架的顶板,并与升降机构相接联动升降,切割机构基于每部分连接件各装接有两把以上的锯刀,初始状态下每个锯刀的刃口纵向切割设置,全部锯刀总线外联控制器并受驱分组启闭或转向切换刃口横向切割。实际拆楼作业下利用受控导向的锯刀对墙板或楼板按需锯割条状及块状,并流水线式回收再利用。本发明能够快速拆除楼体并减少现场环境污染,拆除效率高且劳动强度小。
