The outer side steel plate and the inner side steel plate enclose circumferences with different radiuses to form the outer side and the inner side of the tower wall of the cooling tower, a plurality of welding stud connecting pieces are arranged in a gap between the outer side steel plate and the inner side steel plate, and the filling concrete fills the residual gap part. 本发明涉及钢管‑钢板‑混凝土预制拼装结构冷却塔及其施工方法，包括外侧钢板，内侧钢板，钢管，焊钉连接件和填充混凝土；所述的外侧钢板和内侧钢板围成半径不同的圆周，组成冷却塔塔壁的外侧和内侧，所述的外侧钢板与所述的内侧钢板之间的间隙处置有多个焊钉连接件，且所述的填充混凝土填充剩余的间隙部分。与现有技术相比，本发明通过工厂预制钢管和钢板元件，在现场组装成劲性钢骨架，增强结构力学性能的同时作为浇筑混凝土的模板，减少施工工期和施工复杂程度，提高施工质量，降低施工安全风险。
