Wet desulphurization system for cement industry
The invention provides a wet desulfurization system for cement industry. The wet desulfurization system comprises a slurrying tank, a desulfurization tower, an oxidation fan, a gypsum slurry discharge pump, an accident slurry pump and a kiln head grate cooler, a slurry pump is arranged between the slurrying tank and the desulfurization tower; a first flow meter is arranged on a communication pipeline between the slurry pump and the desulfurization tower; a liquid outlet pipeline of the slurry pond comprises a first pipeline and a second pipeline; a circulating pump is arranged on the first pipeline; a gypsum slurry discharging pump is arranged on the second pipeline; a liquid outlet pipeline of the accident slurry tank is connected with the accident slurry pump; the output end of the accident slurry pump is respectively connected with a third pipeline communicated with the desulfurizing tower and a fourth pipeline communicated with the kiln head grate cooler; and a filter is arranged on a liquid outlet pipeline of the accident slurry pump. According to the system, a system and a device for separating gypsum slurry in a traditional process are omitted, material and water quality balance of the system is maintained, gypsum in the gypsum slurry is directly applied to cement production, the process is more simplified, the enterprise investment cost is reduced, and the occupied space of the system is reduced.
本发明提供一种水泥工业湿法脱硫系统,包括制浆罐、脱硫塔、氧化风机、石膏排浆泵、事故浆液泵和窑头篦冷机;制浆罐与脱硫塔之间设置有浆液泵;浆液泵与脱硫塔之间的连通管道上设置有第一流量计;浆液池的出液管道包括第一管道和第二管道;第一管道上设置有循环泵;第二管道上设置石膏排浆泵;事故浆液罐的出液管道与事故浆液泵连接;事故浆液泵的输出端分别连接连通脱硫塔的第三管道和连通窑头篦冷机的第四管道;事故浆液泵的出液管道上设置有过滤器。本发明系统中取消了传统工艺中对石膏浆液分离的系统和装置,维持了系统的物料及水质平衡,并将石膏浆液中的石膏直接应用在水泥生产中,且工艺更加简化,降低企业投资成本,减少了系统的占地空间。
