The invention discloses a pre-strengthening method of construction waste recycled aggregate and an inorganic artificial stone planes.The pre-strengthening method of the recycled aggregate comprises the following steps that S1, the construction waste recycled aggregate is screened into aggregate with different particle size intervals, impurities are removed, drying treatment is conducted, and the recycled aggregate is obtained; s2, measuring the saturated water absorption rate of the construction waste recycled aggregate; s3, uniformly spraying the pre-strengthening solution on the surface of the recycled aggregate, and sealing the recycled aggregate sprayed with the pre-strengthening solution in a vacuum bag; s4, the vacuum bag filled with the recycled aggregate and the pre-strengthening solution is vacuumized, so that the vacuum degree reaches 97% or above, and the vacuum degree is maintained for 4-12 min; and S5, releasing vacuum to obtain the pre-reinforced recycled aggregate.
