The invention discloses a preparation method of a quaternary ammonium salt cation-containing small monomer and a quaternary ammonium salt type polycarboxylic acid water reducer adopting the quaternary ammonium salt cation-containing small monomer. The quaternary ammonium salt-containing cationic small monomer is obtained by carrying out quaternization reaction on an unsaturated amine compound obtained by esterification of amino acid and unsaturated alcohol and halogenated hydrocarbon; and carrying out free radical polymerization on the quaternary ammonium salt-containing cationic small monomer, unsaturated polyether, unsaturated carboxylic acid and derivatives thereof to obtain the quaternary ammonium salt type polycarboxylic acid water reducer. The quaternary ammonium salt type polycarboxylic acid water reducer is good in slump loss resistance and mud resistance, has good adaptability in different types of cement, has low sensitivity to clay, and is simple in synthesis process, efficient in reaction and suitable for industrial production. The problems of fast fluidity loss, poor slump loss resistance, poor adaptability and the like of a traditional polycarboxylate superplasticizer in a soil-containing aggregate are solved.
本发明公开了一种含季铵盐阳离子小单体的制备方法及采用季铵盐阳离子小单体的季铵盐型聚羧酸减水剂。本发明所述含季铵盐阳离子小单体由氨基酸与不饱和醇酯化得到的不饱和胺类化合物,与卤代烃发生季铵化反应得到;之后由上述含季铵盐阳离子小单体与不饱和聚醚、不饱和羧酸及其衍生物进行自由基聚合得到所述季铵盐型聚羧酸减水剂。本发明所述季铵盐型聚羧酸减水剂的保坍性能和抗泥性较好,在不同水泥中具有很好的适应性,同时对黏土具有低敏感性,而且合成工艺简单、反应高效,解决了传统聚羧酸减水剂在含泥土的骨料中流动度损失快、保坍性差和适应性不好等问题。
