The device comprises a supporting seat, wherein the supporting seat comprises a supporting piece and a positioning hole sleeve; the controllable magnetic base is connected with the bottom of the supporting piece, and the controllable magnetic base can be attracted to the steel box girder when being opened; the railing stand columns are matched with the positioning hole sleeves in an inserted mode, and clamping bases are arranged on the side walls of the railing stand columns; the guardrail is provided with a clamping head matched with the clamping base in an embedded mode. The controllable magnetic base is connected with the steel box girder, welding is not needed, and potential damage of welding to the steel box girder structure is avoided. Polishing, repair welding, coating and other repair work possibly needed after welding are omitted, and the working procedure and time cost is reduced.
