The invention relates to the technical field of steel structure assembly, in particular to large-span bridge steel structure manufacturing and machining equipment and a machining method. The steel structure assembling device comprises a vertical assembling platform with an assembling space inside, a first table plate is arranged at the top of the assembling space, and a first assembling auxiliary mechanism is installed on the first table plate and used for hoisting a steel structure in the assembling space; a plurality of sets of second platens are arranged in the assembly space and located below the first platens, and robots for assembling the steel structures are carried on the second platens. The steel structure is vertically fixed in the assembly space, the multiple layers of second platens are arranged in the assembly space, a special space is provided for the robot through the second platens, and the connecting positions of the multiple sections of steel structures needing to be assembled are located in the operation range of the robot on the second platens, so that interference of the environment and the space is overcome; and the multi-section steel structure can be assembled by using a robot on a construction site.
本发明涉及钢结构组装技术领域,具体地说,涉及一种大跨度桥梁钢结构制作加工设备及加工方法。其包括内部具有装配空间的立式装配平台,装配空间的顶部设置有第一台板,第一台板上装有第一装配辅助机构,第一装配辅助机构用于在装配空间内将钢结构吊起;装配空间内位于第一台板下方设置有多组第二台板,第二台板上搭载有组装钢结构的机器人。本发明通过将钢结构竖直的固定于装配空间内,在装配空间内设置有多层第二台板,通过第二台板为机器人提供专用空间,而且需要装配的多段钢结构的连接处位于各层第二台板上机器人的操作范围内,从而克服了环境和空间的干扰,实现了施工现场使用机器人进行多段钢结构的组装。
