The invention provides a method for secondary utilization of a demolished bridge, and belongs to the technical field of bridge demolition and utilization. The method comprises the steps that a demolition scheme of an existing box girder is constructed, and the existing box girder is temporarily supported; an anti-collision guardrail above a box girder is cut off in advance, then transverse segmentation cutting is conducted on an existing box girder, after cutting, the box girder is hoisted and moved to a machining area through a crane, cutting is further conducted according to a dismantling scheme along the cross section of the dismantled box girder, and multiple sets of wedge-shaped structures and plate-shaped structures are formed after cutting; the anti-collision guardrail and the wedge-shaped structure are processed and then placed on the roadside for temporary protection, and the plate-shaped structure is processed and then laid on the ground for road hardening. According to the method, the box girder is subjected to regional cutting according to a dismantling scheme, segmented materials are further processed to be applied to corresponding scenes, efficient and economical secondary utilization of the box girder is achieved through the method, the cost is saved, meanwhile, waste is used up, environmental pollution is reduced, and the requirement for low-carbon development is met.
本发明提出了一种桥梁拆除后二次利用的方法,属于桥梁拆除利用技术领域,其步骤包括:构建现有箱梁的拆除方案,对现有箱梁做临时支撑;预先切除箱梁上方的防撞护栏,随后对现有箱梁进行横向分段切割,切割后由吊机将其吊装移动至加工区域,沿拆除后的箱梁横截面进一步按拆除方案切割,切割后形成若干组楔形构造以及板状构造;将防撞护栏以及楔形构造加工后置于路边做临时防护,将板状结构加工后铺设于地面做道路硬化。按拆除方案对箱梁进行分区域切割,将分割后的材料进一步加工以应用于相应的场景,通过该方法实现对于箱梁高效、经济地二次利用,在做到节省成本的同时,做到废物应用尽用,降低环境污染,符合低碳发展要求。
