The invention relates to the technical field of water surface construction devices, in particular to an overwater operation platform which comprises an operation platform body with a supporting anchor pile mounted at the bottom, and further comprises a flow guide part mounted on the supporting anchor pile and comprising a flow guide main frame with a flow guide rear plate mounted on the rear side; the flow guide main frame comprises an inner ring plate with outer flow guide plates installed on the two sides, a flowing channel is formed between the inner ring plate and the outer flow guide plates, and a flow guide pipe is installed in the flowing channel. The flow guide rear plate comprises a pressing plate and two paddle plates rotationally mounted on the pressing plate; according to the overwater operation platform, impact erosion of sand-containing water flow to the supporting anchor piles can be reduced through the flow guide parts installed on the supporting anchor piles, the flow guide parts drive the rotating units and the paddle plates through kinetic energy of the water flow, and environmental protection and energy saving are achieved; the flow guide main frame and the flow guide rear plate are matched to stir water flow to flow to the two sides, the flowing path of gravel at the water flow position can be changed, gravel accumulation can be avoided, and the probability that the rear side supporting anchor pile is impacted by sand-containing water flow is reduced.
