The landfill leachate guiding and discharging system comprises a landfill foundation pit and an end well body, a collecting channel is formed in the bottom wall of the landfill foundation pit, a leachate collecting pipe which is arranged on the side wall of the landfill foundation pit in a penetrating mode and extends into the end well body is arranged in the collecting channel, and liquid penetrating holes are evenly distributed in the peripheral wall of the leachate collecting pipe. A liquid discharging pipe penetrates through the side wall of the end well body, a supporting frame is arranged in the end well body, the supporting frame is fixedly connected with an outer protection plate which penetrates through the side wall of the landfill foundation pit and is arranged in the collecting channel, and the upper surface of the outer protection plate abuts against the lower semi-circumferential outer wall of the leachate collecting pipe in a matched mode; the outer protection plate is detachably connected with an inner protection plate arranged in the percolate collecting pipe, the lower surface of the inner protection plate abuts against the inner wall of the lower half circumference of the percolate collecting pipe in a matched mode, the percolate collecting pipe can rotate relative to the outer protection plate/inner protection plate, and the end well body is provided with a conversion device for driving the percolate collecting pipe to rotate.
