The invention relates to a fabricated CFST-RC column uniform-section conversion joint and a construction method thereof, and the construction method comprises the following steps: pouring the lower half part of a perforated steel pipe into a reinforced concrete column, and reserving a grouting duct; mounting the steel pipe above the reinforced concrete column; the positioning device is vertically inserted downwards from the top end of the steel pipe, and the buckles are ejected outwards and inserted into the intervals of the corresponding anti-shear rings; and cavities between the perforated steel pipes and the steel pipes are grouted through the grouting hole channels. The device has the beneficial effects that the perforated steel pipe is inserted between the shear rings through the multiple layers of buckles, the meshing effect is achieved, and force transmission is good; the end of the grouting hole channel formed in the top face of the reinforced concrete column is located on the outer side of the perforated steel pipe, bubbles between the steel pipe and the perforated steel pipe are all extruded upwards in the grouting process, and the compactness of concrete on the outer side of the perforated steel pipe is effectively guaranteed; the grouting materials between the adjacent rows of shear-resistant rings can be similar to a plurality of pressed short columns and bear shear force together.
本发明涉及一种装配式CFST‑RC柱等截面转换节点及其施工方法,包括以下步骤:将开孔钢管下半部分浇筑进钢筋混凝土柱内,并预留注浆孔道;将钢管安装至钢筋混凝土柱上方;将定位装置从钢管顶端向下垂直插入,将卡扣向外顶出,插入对应的抗剪环间隔内;通过注浆孔道向开孔钢管和钢管之间的空腔注浆。本发明的有益效果是:开孔钢管通过数层卡扣插入抗剪环之间,起到咬合作用,使得传力良好;且设于钢筋混凝土柱顶面的注浆孔道端部位于开孔钢管外侧,注浆过程中将钢管和开孔钢管之间的气泡全部向上挤出,有效保障了开孔钢管外侧的混凝土密实度,在浇筑灌浆料并硬化成型后,各相邻排抗剪环之间的灌浆料可近似为数个受压短柱,共同承担剪力。
