The invention discloses a non-dismantling formwork column which comprises a combined formwork (100), a shaped reinforcement cage (200) and a detachable opposite-pulling piece (300), and is characterized in that a combined formwork shell (100) is formed by combining a cover plate (1) and a side plate (2) of a pre-embedded light cushion block (20) through an L-shaped connecting strip (3) and a structural adhesive (4); the cover plate (1) and the side plates (2) are fiber-reinforced high-performance cement-based prefabricated plates, the outer side faces (5) of the fiber-reinforced high-performance cement-based prefabricated plates are smooth surfaces, and the inner side faces (6) of the fiber-reinforced high-performance cement-based prefabricated plates are rough surfaces with outwards-extending steel fibers (7) and grooves (8). Positioning pipes (9) are arranged on the shaped reinforcement cage (200) in the orthogonal direction of the cross section, and the positions of the positioning pipes (9) are in one-to-one correspondence with the positions of the embedded light cushion blocks (20) in the prefabricated formwork (100); the detachable opposite-pulling piece (300) penetrates through the embedded light cushion block (20) and the positioning pipe (9), and pre-tightening force is exerted by screwing fastening nuts (11) at the two ends of the detachable opposite-pulling piece (300), so that the shaped reinforcement cage (200) and the combined formwork (100) are combined. Compared with the prior art, the disassembly-free formwork column has the advantages that the combined formworks are combined in the mode that prefabrication is conducted firstly and then assembly is conducted, production is easy, and assembly is efficient. And a rough surface with overhanging steel fibers and grooves is formed on the inner surface of the template in a high-pressure water jet washing manner, so that the process is efficient, simple and convenient, and the bonding force between the prefabricated template and internal cast-in-place concrete can be remarkably improved.
