The invention discloses a green construction mesh enclosure fixing structure which comprises a rivet and a hanging ring installed at the end of the rivet, a spine part of the rivet comprises a first clamping flap and a second clamping flap, a gap is formed between the first clamping flap and the second clamping flap, and the end of the first clamping flap and the end of the second clamping flap are arranged to be of a spine structure. The positions of the spine structures of the first clamping flap and the second clamping flap are attached to each other; a threaded through hole is formed in the other end, opposite to the spine portion, of the rivet, a screw is arranged at the end, corresponding to the threaded through hole, of the hanging ring, and the screw is in threaded connection with the threaded through hole in a matched mode and ejects the first clamping flap and the second clamping flap open after penetrating through the threaded through hole, so that a gap is formed between the ends of the spine structures of the first clamping flap and the second clamping flap. The laying effect of the net cover on a construction site is better, the net cover is more stable, and the net cover has a better wind lifting resisting effect.
