The invention provides a titanium niobium oxide coating material and a preparation method and application thereof, and the preparation method comprises the following steps: mixing trititanium pentoxide, niobium pentoxide, a binder, a thickener and a solvent to obtain slurry; carrying out spray granulation by using the slurry to obtain powder of which the particle size D50 is less than 45 microns; discharging rubber from the obtained powder, preparing a green body by using cold isostatic pressing, and then crushing to obtain crushed particles; and carrying out pressureless sintering on the obtained crushed particles to obtain the titanium-niobium oxide coating material. According to the preparation method provided by the invention, the titanium-niobium oxide coating material with high purity, high density, uniform granularity and high yield can be obtained.
本发明提供了一种钛铌氧化物镀膜材料及其制备方法与应用,所述制备方法包括如下步骤:混合五氧化三钛、五氧化二铌、粘结剂、增稠剂以及溶剂,得到浆料;使用浆料进行喷雾造粒,得到粒度D50在45μm以下的粉末;所得粉末经排胶后,使用冷等静压制成生坯,然后破碎,得到破碎颗粒;所得破碎颗粒经无压烧结,得到所述钛铌氧化物镀膜材料。本发明提供的制备方法能够得到高纯度、高致密度、粒度均匀、成材率高的钛铌氧化物镀膜材料。
