The invention provides a high-temperature-resistant and high-stability gradient structure environmental barrier coating bonding layer and a preparation method thereof. The high-temperature-resistant and high-stability gradient structure environmental barrier coating bonding layer comprises a Si bottom layer of a lattice structure, an HfSiO4-Si middle layer and an HfSiO4 top layer which are sequentially arranged. The bonding layer is prepared by adopting an atmospheric plasma spraying technology. The bonding layer with the gradient structure has the advantages of high temperature resistance, strong bonding and high-temperature phase stability, and is expected to break through the bottleneck of low temperature bearing capacity and high-temperature chemical instability of the existing environment barrier coating bonding layer system.
本发明提供了一种耐高温、高稳定梯度结构环境障涂层粘结层及其制备方法,包括依次设置的点阵结构的Si底层、HfSiO4‑Si中间层以及HfSiO4顶层。本发明采用大气等离子喷涂技术制得上述粘结层。本发明所述的梯度结构粘结层具有耐高温、强结合、高温相稳定的优势,有望突破现有环境障涂层粘结层体系承温能力低和高温化学失稳的瓶颈。
