By means of the technical scheme, the problems that the locking gap of a limiting plate of an existing structure for fixing the anchor cable at the outer side end of the anchor cable is not easy to control, the phenomenon that the prestress is smaller than a design value easily occurs due to the difference of the gap, and the anchor cable is easily locked in a sliding mode due to the fact that a clamping piece is not locked in time are solved.
本发明涉及锚索技术领域,提出了一种预应力张拉弹性推锁装置,包括腰梁和从腰梁外表面穿过的钢绞线,钢绞线的外表面分别设置有限位板和锚具,锚具与限位板之间设置有推锁组件,锚具的外表面开设有一号通孔,限位板的外表面开设有二号通孔,二号通孔的内部设置有夹片;推锁组件包括底座,底座的外表面开设有开孔,底座的外表面靠近开孔处连接有推锁弹簧;限位板的外表面设置有螺纹部,腰梁的外表面转动连接有转动套,转动套的外表面固定连接有凸起部。通过上述技术方案,解决了现有锚索外侧端头对锚索进行固定的结构限位板锁定间隙不容易得到控制,而该间隙的不同容易发生预应力小于设计值现象产生,且夹片锁紧不及时容易引发锚索滑锁的问题。
