The invention relates to a deep foundation pit back-row anchoring type steel pipe pile-steel plate pile combined support and a construction method. The construction method comprises the following steps that inner-row steel plate piles, outer-row steel pipe piles and steel plate piles are constructed; the steel pipe piles are lengthened through the inner joint pipes; constructing inner-row steel pipe piles and steel sheet piles; crown beam construction; and separated warehouse jump excavation and reinforcement cushion layer construction are carried out. The foundation pit supporting structure has the beneficial effects that an up-pulling and down-jacking type foundation pit combined supporting technology is adopted, the inner and outer rows of pipe piles adopt a soft-hard combined tying mode, and the steel channel beams are arranged between the inner row of steel sheet piles and the inner row of steel pipe piles for welding tying, so that the connection firmness of the steel sheet piles in a muddy soil layer is guaranteed, and the overall stability of a supporting body is improved; a mucky soil layer between the inner row of steel sheet piles and the outer row of steel pipe piles is solidified and stabilized through pine piles, a supporting form similar to a gravity type retaining wall is formed, after a foundation pit supporting system is formed, a separated warehouse jump excavation form is adopted, a reinforcement cushion layer is arranged for supporting and bottom pressing, and the build-in effect of the mucky layer is ensured.
