The invention provides a high-position landslide debris flow control method based on bottom boundary disturbance and application. According to the method, path information of a mountain channel through which debris flow passes is obtained, and arrangement points of the multi-stage flow control turbulent flow dam are planned and determined on the mountain channel according to preset intervals. The turbulent flow dam is composed of a foundation body and a turbulent flow body, and the turbulent flow body is of a special multi-section type cylinder structure and can disturb debris flow through the unique shape of the turbulent flow body. When the debris flow passes through the turbulent flow dam, a fluidization layer of the debris flow is broken, bottom substances are disturbed and move upwards, internal substances collide with one another, and therefore the movement speed and destructive power of the debris flow are reduced. The method can reliably decelerate and control the debris flow, and the key is to interfere with the formation of the fluidization layer of the debris flow. When the method is used for dealing with high-speed remote debris flow disasters, the method is high in reliability, and therefore the geological disaster prevention and control effect is remarkably improved.
