Assembling method of excavating and stirring mechanism of excavating device for underground diaphragm wall
The invention provides a method for assembling an excavating and stirring mechanism of an excavating device for an underground diaphragm wall. The excavating device for the underground diaphragm wall is provided with a crawler, a crawler frame, a crawler transverse connecting beam, a transverse frame supporting beam fixed to the crawler frame, a transverse frame freely walking on the transverse frame supporting beam, a vertical column frame connected with the transverse frame in a swinging mode, and an excavating and stirring driving mechanism connected to the vertical column frame. The excavating and stirring mechanism is formed by assembling a plurality of core beams, and the upper ends of the core beams are connected with the lower end of the excavating and stirring driving mechanism. The assembling method comprises the steps that connection between the core beam and the excavating and stirring driving mechanism is relieved, and the transverse frame slides to the second position from the initial position; connecting the upper end of the core beam with the lower end of the pre-assembled core beam; and the excavating and stirring driving mechanism is moved upwards, so that the transverse frame slides to return from the second position to the initial position, and the upper end of the pre-assembled core beam and the lower end of the excavating and stirring driving mechanism are connected. According to the invention, a temporary storage hole for placing the pre-assembled core beam is not needed, and the assembly operation is carried out under the state that the crawler belt stops.
本发明提供一种地下连续墙用挖掘装置的挖掘搅拌机构的组装方法。地下连续墙用挖掘装置具备履带、履带框架、履带横连结梁、固定于履带框架的横行框架支承梁、在横行框架支承梁上自由走行的横行框架、与横行框架能够摆动地连接的上下柱框架、连接于上下柱框架的挖掘搅拌驱动机构。挖掘搅拌机构通过诺干个心梁组装而成,心梁的上端与挖掘搅拌驱动机构的下端连接。组装方法包括:解除心梁和挖掘搅拌驱动机构的连接,使横行框架从最初位置滑动至第二位置;将心梁上端和预组装心梁的下端进行连接;将挖掘搅拌驱动机构向上方移动,使横行框架滑动以从第二位置退回至最初位置,将预组装心梁的上端和挖掘搅拌驱动机构的下端进行连接。根据本发明不需要设置放置预组装心梁的暂存孔,在履带停止不动的状态下,进行组装作业。
