The invention discloses a motion interference checking algorithm and system for a working device of a loading machine. The algorithm comprises the following steps: acquiring parameters such as coordinates of hinge points and diameters of pin shafts at corresponding positions; generating a two-dimensional contour of the working device according to parameters such as the coordinates of the hinge points and the diameters of the pin shafts at the corresponding positions; according to the design experience, determining an easy-to-interfere part, and calculating the minimum distance of the easy-to-interfere curve pair under the current posture; the calculated minimum distance between the curves is compared with a designed allowable minimum gap value, and if the minimum distance of the curve pair is smaller than the allowable minimum gap value, the lengths of the tipping bucket cylinder and the movable arm cylinder under the current posture are recorded; when the length of the tipping bucket cylinder and/or the length of the movable arm cylinder are/is changed, the position of the outline is updated, and then the steps are repeated till movement is completed. Compared with the prior art, the product development efficiency can be effectively improved.
本发明公开了一种装载机工作装置运动干涉检查算法及系统,包括通过获取各铰点坐标以及相应位置的销轴直径等参数;根据各铰点坐标以及相应位置的销轴直径等参数,生成工作装置的二维轮廓;根据设计经验确定易发生干涉部位,计算当前姿态下易干涉曲线对的最小距离;将计算得到的曲线间的最小距离与设计允许的最小间隙值作比较,如果曲线对的最小距离小于允许最小间隙,记录当前姿态下的翻斗缸、动臂缸长度;当翻斗缸和/或动臂缸长度发生变化时,对轮廓的位置进行更新,然后重复上述步骤,直至运动完成。相比现有技术,能有效地提高产品开发效率。
