The present application relates to a flush valve system comprising: a valve body having an inlet, an outlet, and an actuation opening; the main valve seat assembly is arranged in the valve body; the piston assembly is arranged in the valve body in a sliding mode and is configured to be used for sealing the main valve seat assembly and move to allow liquid to flow through the main valve seat assembly; and an actuation module engaged with the valve body. A release chamber is defined between the actuation module and the piston assembly, and the actuation module is configured to vent the release chamber upon actuation. The actuation module includes a first plunger and a second plunger. The first plunger and the second plunger are movable to vent the release chamber, wherein the piston assembly moves to allow water to flow through the main valve seat assembly. Movement of the first plunger allows a greater flush volume to pass through the main valve seat assembly than movement of the second plunger. The present application also relates to a panel assembly configured for manually actuating a flush valve mounted within or behind a wall surface.
