The invention relates to the technical field of drainage systems, and discloses an automatic desilting drainage system which comprises a water collecting well used for storing water; the sewage discharge part is used for collecting discharged water, sludge and impurities; a first port of the siphon drain pipe is located at the bottom of the water-collecting well, a second port of the siphon drain pipe is located at the pollution discharge position, the highest position of the siphon drain pipe is flush with a guard line of the water-collecting well, and the height of the second port of the siphon drain pipe is flush with a safety line of the water-collecting well; the highest position of the siphon drain pipe is located between the first port of the siphon drain pipe and the second port of the siphon drain pipe. The automatic dredging drainage system effectively reduces deposition of fine particles and sludge in the water collecting well of an existing drainage system.
