The invention relates to a steel structure standardized structural system which comprises a plurality of standard structural units with the same structure, each standard structural unit comprises a basic unit component and a standard connecting node component, each basic unit component comprises a plurality of rod pieces with the same structure, and all the rod pieces in each basic unit component face different directions. One ends of all the rod pieces are connected into a whole in an integrated forming mode, the other ends of all the rod pieces are suspended ends, a plane formed by the axes of any two rod pieces in the basic unit component is a cutting plane, and the basic unit component can be equally divided in space. Included angles formed by the axes of any two adjacent rod pieces in the basic unit components are the same; the standard connecting node components are arranged at the suspended ends of all the rod pieces in the basic unit components, the standard connecting node components are of an axisymmetric structure, and the standard structural units are connected through the standard connecting node components at the suspended ends of the rod pieces. Full-automatic intelligent construction of the steel structure system is facilitated.
本发明涉及一种钢结构标准化结构体系,包括结构相同的多个标准结构单元,标准结构单元包括基本单元构件和标准连接节点构件,基本单元构件包括结构相同的多个杆件,基本单元构件中所有杆件的朝向均不相同,且所有杆件的其中一端通过一体成型方式连为一体,而各个杆件的另一端为悬空端,基本单元构件中以任意两个杆件的轴线所形成的平面为切割平面,均能将该基本单元构件在空间上均分,基本单元构件中的任意两个相邻杆件的轴线所形成的夹角均相同;标准连接节点构件设于基本单元构件中的每个杆件的悬空端,标准连接节点构件为轴对称结构,多个标准结构单元之间通过杆件悬空端的标准连接节点构件相连。本发明有利于钢结构体系实现全自动智能化建造。
