The invention discloses a fabricated steel-concrete combined hollow laminated floor system and a construction method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of fabricated buildings. The laminated floor system comprises a prefabricated lower cover plate, a cast-in-place upper cover plate and a steel bar truss, the lower cover plate is provided with a lower notch used for being in lap joint with a lower flange of a steel beam in the span direction, a web of the steel beam is provided with bar penetrating holes allowing first lap joint steel bars to penetrate through, and after the first lap joint steel bars penetrate through the corresponding bar penetrating holes, the first lap joint steel bars penetrate through the steel bar truss. Two ends of the steel beam are respectively lapped on the lower cover plates on two sides of the steel beam. The lower cover plate is in lap joint with the lower flange of the H-shaped steel beam through the lower notch in the lower cover plate, so that the thickness of the whole floor system can be effectively reduced; meanwhile, through the arrangement of the first lap joint steel bars, the normal use load of the floor slab can be effectively transmitted, the formation of a single-span slab is avoided, and the mid-span deflection is effectively reduced; and the joint of the lower cover plate of the composite building can be prevented from cracking.
