The invention relates to the technical field of building machinery, in particular to an assembly type building auxiliary component which comprises a first supporting seat and a second supporting seat which are movably arranged on a building base layer and can be separated, and prefabricated column components are arranged in opposite grooves in the first supporting seat and the second supporting seat in a matched mode. Mounting stand columns are arranged on the two sides of the prefabricated column component and located at the ends, connected with the first supporting base and the second supporting base, of the two sides of the prefabricated column component, and the limiting mechanism is arranged on the first supporting base or the second supporting base and used for limiting and fixing the bottom of the prefabricated column component fixed to a building base layer; the clamping mechanism is movably arranged on the two symmetrically-distributed mounting stand columns and used for clamping and fixing the prefabricated column component hoisted and descended above the building base layer; and the inclined strut mechanisms are detachably arranged on the inner sides of the two symmetrically-distributed mounting stand columns and used for stably supporting the prefabricated column components limited on the building base layer. The problem that the operation of manually assembling the prefabricated column component at the position of the middle column on the building base layer at present is tedious is solved.
