The invention discloses a fan body bottom bearing transmission device which comprises a transmission hinge, a bearing shaft, a shaft sleeve and an adjusting assembly. One end of the transmission hinge is rotationally connected with the sliding seat at the bottom edge of the frame body, and the other end of the transmission hinge is rotationally connected with the bearing shaft; the shaft sleeve is rotatably arranged on the outer periphery of the bearing shaft in a sleeving mode, and the shaft sleeve and the bearing shaft can move up and down synchronously. One end of the transmission hinge is provided with a rotary connecting part, the rotary connecting part sleeves the outer periphery of the shaft sleeve, the transmission hinge is provided with a mounting cavity, the adjusting assembly is arranged in the mounting cavity, and the adjusting assembly is in transmission connection with the shaft sleeve. When the fan body sinks and extrudes the top face of the transmission hinge, the adjusting assembly can be operated to enable the shaft sleeve to move and adjust the height of the bearing shaft, the top end of the bearing shaft is fixedly connected with the fixing piece, and therefore the fixing piece and the fan body connected with the fixing piece are driven to be lifted, the bottom edge of the fan body does not extrude the transmission hinge or the frame any more, and the movement of the fan body can recover to be smooth.
