Intelligent grouting control method for limestone geology
The invention relates to the technical field of formation grouting control, and particularly discloses an intelligent grouting control method for limestone geology, which is specially used for grouting anti-seepage treatment of easy-to-split limestone geology, and comprises the following steps of: determining an open grouting liquid ratio, determining a grouting control stage, and determining a slurry pressure PN and a flow span QnNm of a single control stage; and grouting step by step and ending grouting. The grouting control process method is more accurate, more stable and small in fluctuation, and a corresponding accurate pressure value and an accurate flow control target value are determined for each section of control step of grouting control. When special conditions are encountered in the grouting process, for example, stratum splitting is encountered in the grouting process, the newly developed grouting control process method can quickly make adjustment, detect that grouting is in a large-flow and low-pressure state, adjust the control steps in time, and return to the previous control stage or restart to control grouting from the initial stage.
