The invention relates to a self-compacting gypsum concrete backfill leveling material and application thereof. The self-compacting gypsum concrete backfill leveling material is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 40 to 70 percent of cementing material, 0 to 40 percent of filler, 10 to 25 percent of coarse aggregate, 20 to 45 percent of fine aggregate, 0 to 5 percent of alkalinity regulator, 0.05 to 0.2 percent of water reducing agent, 0.05 to 0.15 percent of defoaming agent, 0.01 to 0.06 percent of water-retaining thickening agent and 0.01 to 0.05 percent of retarder. According to the leveling material, by introducing the well-mixed coarse aggregate and fine aggregate, the elasticity modulus and compactness of the material are increased, the body tensile strength of the material is greatly improved on the premise of considering the construction pumpability, and when the leveling material is used as a backfill leveling layer, the construction efficiency is high, the material system is good in stability and free of cracking, and the body tensile strength is high; the floor tile can be used for floor paving of non-bonding type and bonding type decorative materials such as floors, floor tiles and carpets.
