Fused deposition modeling method of continuous fiber reinforced ceramic matrix composite material
The invention discloses a fused deposition modeling method of a continuous fiber reinforced ceramic matrix composite material, and relates to the technical field of additive manufacturing. Comprising the following steps: adding ceramic powder and a carbon source into thermoplastic resin for blending, and then performing extrusion, wire drawing and granulation to obtain printing base material granules; drawing a mathematical model according to the target structure and slicing to obtain slice data and importing the slice data into printing equipment; printing parameters and a printing path are set, the printing base material granules and the continuous fiber tows are conveyed into printing equipment through screw extrusion equipment, the printing base material granules and the continuous fiber tows are compounded at a printing spray head, printing is conducted along with movement of the printing spray head, and a printing initial blank is obtained; degreasing and sintering the printing initial blank, and cooling to obtain a continuous fiber preform; and carrying out siliconizing treatment on the continuous fiber preform, and cooling to obtain the continuous fiber reinforced ceramic matrix composite material with the target structure. According to the method, fused deposition molding and screw extrusion are combined, and the continuous fibers are introduced into an additive manufacturing component of the ceramic matrix composite, so that the problem that the continuous fiber reinforced ceramic matrix composite is difficult to mold is solved.
