The invention belongs to the technical field of water-based epoxy coatings, and particularly relates to a water-based two-component epoxy coating, a floor coating material, a floor coating and a preparation method of the floor coating. The invention provides a water-based two-component epoxy coating. A component A comprises a water-based epoxy emulsion, a high-boiling-point solvent, water, an auxiliary agent and an inorganic filler; the inorganic filler comprises talcum powder, quartz powder and titanium dioxide; and the component B is a waterborne epoxy curing agent. The talcum powder, the quartz powder and the titanium dioxide are synergistically used as the inorganic filler of the water-based two-component epoxy coating, so that the cost of the water-based epoxy coating can be reduced, the surface drying time of a coating film can be shortened, the mechanical strength, the wear resistance, the gloss and the covering power of the coating film can be improved, and the volume shrinkage during curing of the coating is reduced. Results of the embodiment show that a floor coating prepared from the waterborne two-component epoxy coating provided by the invention is relatively excellent in shore hardness, adhesive force, wear resistance, acid and alkali resistance and leveling performance, and meets actual use requirements.
本发明属于水性环氧涂料技术领域，具体涉及水性双组份环氧涂料、地坪涂装材料、地坪涂层及其制备方法。本发明提供的水性双组份环氧涂料，A组分包括水性环氧乳液、高沸点溶剂、水、助剂和无机填料；所述无机填料包括滑石粉、石英粉和钛白粉；B组分为水性环氧固化剂。本发明通过滑石粉、石英粉和钛白粉协同作为水性双组分环氧涂料的无机填料，不仅能降低水性环氧涂料的成本，缩短涂膜表干时间，还可以提高涂膜的机械强度、耐磨性、光泽和遮盖力，减少涂料固化时的体积收缩。由实施例的结果表明，本发明提供的水性双组份环氧涂料得到的地坪涂层邵氏硬度、附着力、耐磨性、耐酸碱性、流平性能均较优异，满足实际使用要求。
