The road regeneration paver comprises a shell, a discharging hopper is arranged at the upper end of the shell, a left discharging opening and a right discharging opening are formed in the front side of the lower end face of the shell correspondingly, a conveying belt is arranged above each discharging opening, a transmission box is fixed to the middle of the lower end face of the shell, and rectangular blocks are arranged on the left side and the right side of the transmission box correspondingly; a feeding cavity is formed in the upper end of each rectangular block, a first paving pipe is fixed between each rectangular block and the transmission box, a first spiral blade is arranged in each first paving pipe, a discharging cavity is formed in the rear side of the lower end of each rectangular block and communicates with the feeding cavity, and an inclined pipe is arranged between each rectangular block and the discharging hopper; a second spiral blade is arranged in the inclined pipe; according to the invention, the first spiral blade is combined with the third spiral blade from outside to inside for paving, so that the material paving is more uniform, and the situation that the edge material density is lower than the middle part when the advancing speed of the paver is higher than the paving speed is avoided.
本发明涉及一种基于煤矸石基层的道路再生摊铺机,包括壳体,壳体上端设置有下料斗,壳体下端面前侧分别开设有左右两个下料口,每个下料口上方均设置有传送带,壳体下端面中部固定有传动箱,传动箱左右两侧分别设置有矩形块,每个矩形块上端均开设有进料腔,每个矩形块与传动箱之间分别固定第一摊铺管,第一摊铺管内设置有第一螺旋叶片,每个矩形块下端后侧均开设有出料腔,出料腔与进料腔连通,每个矩形块与下料斗之间均设置有斜管,斜管内设置有第二螺旋叶片;本发明通过第一螺旋叶片由内向外摊铺与第三螺旋叶片由外向内摊铺结合,使物料摊铺更加均匀,避免摊铺机行进速度大于摊铺速度时导致的边缘物料密度低于中部。
