The invention discloses an amphibious garbage collecting device which comprises an amphibious submerged body which is provided with a garbage collecting cavity, a garbage self-suction inlet, a garbage throwing opening and a garbage taking-out opening, and the submerged body is provided with a garbage collecting cover and a garbage taking-out cover which are used for opening and closing the garbage throwing opening and the garbage taking-out opening respectively; the two walking wheel mechanisms are installed on the front side and the rear side of the bottom end face of the amphibious submerged body respectively, and a plurality of telescopic hydraulic blades are installed on the peripheral walls of walking wheels on the walking wheel mechanisms; the mechanical arm shovel is fixed at the front end of the amphibious submerged body; the garbage self-suction mechanism is fixed on the amphibious submerged body, and a self-suction port of the garbage self-suction mechanism is communicated with the garbage self-suction port; and the garbage conveying belt mechanism is arranged on the cavity bottom surface of the garbage collecting cavity. According to the device, 360-degree dead-corner-free garbage cleaning at the water bottom, the water surface and the surrounding environment can be achieved, the garbage collecting effect is good, the efficiency is high, and the effects of saving resources, protecting the environment, saving energy and reducing emission can be achieved.
