The water tank, the water sump, the unwinding roller and the guide roller are all mounted on the rotating frame; the connecting frame is arranged on the rotating frame close to the water sump; the compression roller is rotatably mounted on the connecting frame; a connecting rod and a rotating plate mounted on the connecting rod are arranged in the water sump; when a composite material is laid, a plurality of front nozzles can continuously spray water to the surface of a concrete foundation, an unwinding roller rotates to drive a driving assembly to intermittently move, and the driving assembly drives a connecting rod and a rotating plate to reciprocate, so that the rotating plate intermittently blocks a rear nozzle on a water sump; and the plurality of rear nozzles are controlled to intermittently spray water to the composite material.
