The invention discloses a support-free construction method for a large-span spoke type cable-supported roof mask shed. The technical problems that in the prior art, the number of on-site supporting frames is large, the high-altitude operation amount is large, and the on-site construction progress is slow are solved. The method comprises the following steps that 1, finite element simulation analysis is conducted on prestressed cable structure tensioning; 2, outer ring beam hoisting; thirdly, the radial cable and the annular cable are installed in place; 4, symmetrically hoisting the prestressed cable upper part string truss along the clockwise direction; and 5, sequentially hoisting along the construction sequence until the whole awning is mounted. The design is scientific and reasonable, the number of on-site supporting frames can be effectively reduced, the aerial work amount is reduced, and the on-site construction progress can be effectively accelerated. The steel structure part in the outer ring beam of the awning does not need a supporting frame, the measure amount can be effectively reduced, and a large number of construction sites are provided for stadium stands and internal sites.
本发明公开了一种大跨度轮辐式索承屋面罩棚无支架施工方法,解决现有技术现场支撑架数量多、高空作业量大、以及现场施工进度慢的技术问题。本发明包括以下步骤:步骤一、预应力索结构张拉进行有限元模拟分析;步骤二、外环梁吊装;步骤三、将径向索与环向索安装到位;步骤四、沿顺时针方向对称吊装预应力索上部张弦桁架;步骤五、沿上述施工顺序依次吊装,直至整体罩棚安装完毕。本发明设计科学合理,可有效降低现场支撑架数量,减少高空作业量,还能有效加快现场施工进度。本发明罩棚外环梁以内的钢结构部分无需支撑架,可有效降低措施量,为场馆看台和内部场地提供了大量施工场地。
