An upper wall attaching base on an upper wall attaching device is formed by hinging a fixed base and a hinged base, a guide rail is installed on the hinged base, the angle of the guide rail can be changed, a base plate is arranged between the upper wall attaching base and a wall body, the angle needing to be twisted by a climbing frame can be reduced under the same angle changing condition, and the climbing construction efficiency is improved. The lower wall attaching base is provided with a first angle adjusting hinge base and a supporting hinge base, the first angle adjusting hinge base is used for being connected with an angle adjusting hydraulic cylinder, and therefore the dip angle of the climbing frame and the dip angle of the guide rail are changed, and the supporting hinge base supports, positions and guides the guide rail when the climbing frame climbs. When the guide rail climbs, the angle adjusting hydraulic cylinder is installed instead of the supporting hinge seat.
