A door lock handle structure capable of being flexibly switched leftwards and rightwards comprises a door lock shell panel and a handle, one end of the handle is a rotating end, the other end of the handle is a wrenching end, the rotating end of the handle is rotationally connected to the door lock shell panel, and the rotating end of the handle is in elastic reset connection with the door lock shell panel on the inner side of the door lock shell panel. The rotating end of the lever handle is rotationally connected with a first telescopic piece, the inner side of the door lock shell panel is rotationally connected with a second telescopic piece, and the first telescopic piece and the second telescopic piece are in axial reset telescopic connection to form an elastic reset connecting structure enabling the lever handle pulling end to reset after the lever handle pulling end is rotated. The lever handle is reasonable and compact in structure, the reset function of the lever handle is achieved through an external reset structure, namely, an elastic reset telescopic connection structure between the first telescopic part and the second telescopic part, 180-degree orientation adjustment can be achieved in the left-right direction according to needs, and flexible switching of the left-right direction is achieved; the external reset structure can simplify tedious steps of internal installation, installation is simpler, and the structure cost is further reduced.
