The invention relates to the technical field of waste water heat recovery, in particular to a shower waste water recovery system which comprises a heat exchange device, a filtering device, a water discharging and sucking device and a shower device. The heat exchange device comprises a shell, a plurality of heat exchange pipe sets and a water pump. The multiple heat exchange pipe sets are horizontally arranged in the shell at intervals, each heat exchange pipe set comprises a waste water pipe and a clear water pipe which are longitudinally arranged, and the outer wall of each waste water pipe makes contact with the outer wall of the corresponding clear water pipe. The water flow directions of the wastewater pipe and the clear water pipe are opposite; the wastewater inlet end of the wastewater pipe is communicated with the water outlet end of the water pump; the water discharging and absorbing device comprises a wastewater inlet pipe and a wastewater outlet pipe; the filtering device is arranged between the water pump and the waste water inlet pipe. The shower device comprises a clear water inlet pipe and a clear water outlet pipe. The shower room has the advantages that waste water generated after shower is collected, the temperature of hot waste water in the waste water pipe is transmitted to cold clear water in the clear water pipe in a convection mode, and the heat exchange efficiency, the heat exchange effect and the waste water heat recovery efficiency are effectively improved.
