The invention relates to a lime grading oxygen-enriched calcining process, which comprises the following steps: 1) putting limestone into a calcining chamber of a lime shaft kiln, enabling the limestone to flow from top to bottom for calcining treatment, and discharging the calcined product from a discharge port at the bottom of the calcining chamber; and 2) calculating the amount of fuel required by calcining treatment according to the input amount of the limestone, and respectively adding the required fuel into the calcining chamber from different height positions of the calcining chamber for combustion in a manner that the addition amount is gradually increased from top to bottom in the vertical direction so as to provide heat required by the calcining treatment. According to the lime graded oxygen-enriched calcining process, the lime shaft kiln is divided into a plurality of combustion sections, then the fuel and the combustion-supporting gas are introduced into the lime shaft kiln in sections, CO2 is enriched at the exhaust port in the bottom of the kiln, meanwhile, the inhibition effect of high-concentration CO2 on CaCO3 decomposition is remarkably reduced, and the influence on the production efficiency of the lime shaft kiln is small.
