According to the method, the test strength and slump of the concrete and the average particle size of the solid waste material are detected, so that whether the obtained solid waste concrete meets the requirements or not after the current parameters of the concrete are poured is determined according to the comparison result with the preset standard, and the corresponding parameters are adjusted in time when the requirements are judged not to be met; therefore, the preparation precision of the concrete is ensured.
