The invention discloses a concrete anti-cracking and anti-seepage reinforcing agent and a preparation method thereof. The concrete anti-cracking and anti-seepage reinforcing agent is prepared from cellulose ether, polymer emulsion, cement, nano silicon dioxide, polyacrylamide particles, polyurethane, steel fibers, calcium sulphoaluminate, alkyl sulfonate, a waterproof agent and a mineral admixture. According to the anti-cracking and anti-seepage reinforcing agent for the concrete, by adding cellulose ether and polyacrylamide particles, the cohesiveness and toughness of the concrete are improved, formation of cracks is reduced, and the tensile strength and anti-cracking performance of the concrete are further enhanced by adding steel fibers; the nano silicon dioxide and the polyurethane reinforcing agent are used for filling micropores in the concrete, so that the permeability is remarkably reduced, and the waterproof performance of the concrete is improved by matching with the addition of the waterproof agent. By adopting the polymer emulsion and the alkyl sulfonate, the workability and the flowability of the concrete are improved, and the comprehensive performance of the concrete is improved by adding the mineral admixture.
