The invention discloses a preparation method of a steel slag self-healing recycled asphalt mixture, and relates to the technical field of asphalt mixtures, and the preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) material preparation: weighing a recycled material rap, asphalt, aggregate, steel fiber, a composite regenerant and mineral powder; (2) preliminary mixing: sequentially adding the aggregate, the filler, the steel fiber and the composite regenerant into a stirrer, and uniformly stirring and mixing to obtain a mixed material; (3) preheating asphalt; and (4) mixing and compounding to obtain the required steel slag self-healing regenerated asphalt mixture. The steel fiber is introduced into the steel slag self-healing regenerated asphalt mixture, so that the dynamic stability of the mixture can be greatly improved, and the high-temperature stability of the steel slag self-healing regenerated asphalt mixture can be effectively improved; however, if the steel fiber is excessively doped, the dynamic stability of the steel slag self-healing regenerated asphalt mixture is reduced along with the great increase of the doping amount of the steel fiber, and the high-temperature stability is reduced.
本发明公开了一种钢渣自愈合再生沥青混合料制备方法,涉及沥青混合料技术领域,包括以下步骤:(1)备料:称取再生料rap、沥青、集料、钢纤维、复合再生剂、矿粉;(2)初步混料:将集料、填料、钢纤维、复合再生剂依次添加到搅拌机中,进行搅拌混合均匀,得到混合物料;(3)沥青预热;(4)混料复合:得到所需钢渣自愈合再生沥青混合料;本发明通过在钢渣自愈合再生沥青混合料中引入钢纤维,能够极大的提高混合料的动稳定度,并且,还能够有效的改善了钢渣自愈合再生沥青混合料的高温稳定性;但是,如果过量的掺入钢纤维,会导致随着钢纤维掺量的大幅度增加,造成钢渣自愈合再生沥青混合料的动稳定度反而降低,反而促使高温稳定性下降。
