The vegetation concrete base material is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by mass: 40 to 60 parts of native stripped soil, 10 to 20 parts of planting soil, 3 to 8 parts of calcined clay, 2 to 4 parts of exciting agent, 0.5 to 1 part of clay sieve residue, 20 to 30 parts of water, 1 to 2 parts of wood tailings, 1 to 2 parts of plant fiber, 1 to 2 parts of long-acting slow-release compound fertilizer, 0.1 to 0.15 part of water-absorbent resin, 0.5 to 1 part of expanded perlite, 0.03 to 0.5 part of plant seeds and 0.0005 to 0.001 part of plant germination accelerating agent. The sum of the mass parts of the raw materials is 100 parts. The alkalinity of the vegetation concrete base material is weak in the hydration process, and a suitable growth environment can be provided for plants; the phenomena of cracking and falling can be reduced, and the stability is improved; and the fertilizer has excellent fertility and water retention capacity, and provides an excellent growth environment for plants.
