The invention provides waterproof plastering mortar and a preparation method thereof. Comprising the following components in percentage by mass: 28 to 35 percent of ordinary Portland cement, 50 to 60 percent of yellow sand, 0.1 to 10 percent of ground calcium carbonate, 2.5 to 4 percent of high-flexibility redispersible latex powder, 0.15 to 0.3 percent of cellulose ether, 0.1 to 0.5 percent of PP fiber, 0.1 to 0.3 percent of water reducing agent, 0.2 to 0.6 percent of defoaming agent, 2 to 5 percent of mixed sodium silicate, 0.1 to 0.2 percent of retarder, 0.3 to 0.6 percent of modified acrylic copolymer and 2 to 10 percent of polyoxy silane. Wherein the modified acrylic acid copolymer is obtained by carrying out copolymerization reaction on SiO2 grafted acrylic acid, acrylic ester and acrylate. By adding the modified acrylic copolymer, the plastering mortar is more uniform and stable, a compact and stable cross-linked structure is formed, and the mechanical strength of the plastering mortar is improved.
本发明提供了一种防水型抹面砂浆及其制备方法,包括如下质量分数的成分:普通硅酸盐水泥28‑35%、黄砂50‑60%、重钙0.1‑10%、高柔性可再分散乳胶粉2.5‑4%、纤维素醚0.15‑0.3%、PP纤维0.1‑0.5%、减水剂0.1‑0.3%、消泡剂0.2‑0.6%、混合硅酸钠2‑5%、缓凝剂0.1‑0.2%、改性丙烯酸共聚物0.3‑0.6%、聚氧硅烷2‑10%;其中,所述改性丙烯酸共聚物为接枝SiO2的丙烯酸、丙烯酸酯、丙烯酸盐共聚反应所得。本发明通过添加改性丙烯酸共聚物,使抹面砂浆更均匀、稳定,形成紧密、稳定的交联结构,提高抹面砂浆的力学强度。
