Premixed full-solid-waste high-performance pervious concrete and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses premixed all-solid-waste high-performance pervious concrete and a preparation method thereof. The concrete is prepared from the following substances in parts by weight: 55 to 65 parts of recycled aggregate, 25 to 45 parts of cementing material, 0.475 to 4.75 parts of alkylbenzene sulfonate type foaming agent, 0.6 to 2 parts of potassium methyl silicate, 0.95 to 2.85 parts of nano aluminum oxide, 0.5 to 2 parts of PE (Poly Ethylene) fiber, 0.2 to 0.7 part of lime, 28 to 38.5 parts of sodium silicate aqueous solution, 2 to 5 parts of glycerol carbonate and 1 to 3 parts of premixing agent. The premixing agent is prepared from the following components in percentage by weight: 10 to 22 percent of polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent, 15 to 20 percent of fly ash, 0.7 to 1.5 percent of diethyl diallyl ammonium chloride, 1 to 2.1 percent of triethanolamine and the balance of water. The pre-mixed full-solid-waste high-performance pervious concrete disclosed by the invention has good compression resistance and breaking strength, good toughness and good water permeability, and is beneficial to reduction of discharge of solid wastes.
本发明公开了一种预拌全固废高性能透水混凝土及其制备方法,混凝土包括以下重量份数的物质:再生骨料55~65份,胶凝材料25~45份,烷基苯磺酸盐型发泡剂0.475~4.75份,甲基硅酸钾0.6~2份,纳米氧化铝0.95~2.85份,PE纤维0.5~2份,石灰0.2~0.7份,硅酸钠水溶液28~38.5份,碳酸甘油酯2~5份,预拌剂1~3份;预拌剂包括:10~22wt%聚羧酸减水剂,15~20wt%粉煤灰,0.7~1.5wt%二乙基二烯丙基氯化铵,1~2.1wt%三乙醇胺,余量为水。本发明所得预拌全固废高性能透水混凝土具有良好的抗压性能和抗折强度,韧性好,透水性好,有利于减少固废的排放。
