The invention discloses a preparation method of a long-life water-based pavement marking coating, which specifically comprises the following steps: S1, weighing a dispersing agent, a thickening agent and a defoaming agent according to a set weight part ratio, putting into water-based fluorocarbon resin, and stirring to obtain a mixed solution I; s2, adding set parts by weight of nano titanium dioxide into the mixed solution I to prepare a mixed solution II; s3, gradually adding a set weight part of filler into the mixed solution II to prepare a mixed solution III; s4, adding a wetting agent, dodecanol ester, methylbenzene and the residual defoaming agent in set parts by weight into the mixed solution III to prepare a component A; and S5, weighing the cross-linking agent B component and the cross-linking agent A component according to the set weight part ratio, and uniformly stirring to obtain the water-based pavement marking coating. The single-emulsion water-based fluorocarbon resin emulsion is used as a film-forming agent, so that the problems of poor stability, layering and the like of a coating system caused by a multi-emulsion system are solved, and the storage stability of the water-based coating is improved.
本发明公开了一种长寿命水性路面标线涂料制备方法,具体包括如下步骤:S1、按照设定重量份数配比称取去分散剂、增稠剂、消泡剂放入水性氟碳树脂中,搅拌制得混合溶液一;S2、在混合溶液一中加入设定重量份数的纳米钛白粉,制得混合溶液二;S3、在混合溶液二中逐步加入设定重量份数的填料,制得混合溶液三;S4、在混合溶液三中加入设定重量份数的湿润剂、十二醇脂、甲苯以及剩余消泡剂,制得组分A;S5、按照设定的重量份数配比称取交联剂B组分和组分A,搅拌均匀后,制得水性路面标线涂料。本发明通过采用单一乳液水性氟碳树脂乳液作为成膜剂,克服了多乳液体系带来了涂料体系的稳定性差、分层等问题,提高了水性涂料的存储稳定性。
