本发明提出了一种方便操作的铁路轨道磨削装置,涉及铁路轨道磨削领域,阻板的主体为弧形结构,阻板为朝向内侧弯折结构,解决现有的由于缺乏对于轨道两侧打磨时的自动化控制步进结构,使得在当轨道两侧的粗糙程度不同时,对于打磨件所造成的磨损不同,使得单纯的依靠弹簧的支撑力进行推动时无法确保起到同步且良好的打磨效果的问题,通过启动安装在扩展架中的调节推杆来将移动台向着轨道件的一侧进行推动,并通过打磨轮的移动来实现自动化的进给作业,并通过与固定连接在阻板内侧的测距组件的联动可以实现在当打磨轮消耗过大时,自动化的进行步进输送作业,使得两处打磨轮可以在不同消耗的情况下仍然保持同步的对于轨道件的磨削作业。
