本发明公开了一种道路SGF极薄抗滑层及其制备方法,涉及道路施工技术领域。具体的,道路SGF极薄抗滑层的制备方法包括:在道路表面喷洒第一高粘改性乳化沥青,喷洒量为1~1.2L/m2;在第一高粘改性乳化沥青破乳前撒布钢渣胶粉混合物、玻璃纤维,得到第一中间层;其中,钢渣胶粉混合物为单档钢渣与橡胶粉的混合物;钢渣胶粉混合物、玻璃纤维的总撒布量为10~12kg/m2,钢渣与橡胶粉的重量比为100:1~100:3,钢渣胶粉混合物与玻璃纤维的重量比为100:0.2~100:1;待第一高粘改性乳化沥青破乳后采用胶轮压路机碾压、揉搓,得到第二中间层;在第二中间层表面喷洒第二高粘改性乳化沥青,喷洒量为0.3~0.5L/m2;待第二高粘改性乳化沥青破乳后静置1~2h,即得道路SGF极薄抗滑层。本发明的制备方法简单,对施工条件要求低,且得到的SGF极薄抗滑层具备层厚小,抗滑系数高,性能稳定,经济性能好的优点。
