The invention relates to the technical field of asphalt preparation, in particular to an asphalt mixing station and an asphalt mixing station control method. The asphalt mixing station comprises a regeneration building, a primary building and a waste heat recovery system. The waste heat recovery system comprises a first heat exchange assembly and a heat dissipation and air exhaust assembly, and the heat dissipation and air exhaust assembly is connected with the first heat exchange assembly; the first heat exchange assembly is arranged at an air inlet of a regeneration induced draft fan of the regeneration building and used for absorbing waste heat in tail gas guided into the regeneration induced draft fan. The first heat exchange assembly comprises a plurality of heat exchange units which are sequentially arranged at intervals in the extending direction of an air inducing pipe of the regeneration induced draft fan. The heat dissipation and air exhaust assembly is arranged in a cold material bin of the primary building and used for blowing waste heat absorbed by the first heat exchange assembly to the cold material bin. The asphalt mixing station is used for completing asphalt mixing work and can heat raw stones by utilizing high-temperature gas of regenerated asphalt flue gas, so that the natural gas consumption of a raw combustor is reduced.
