The invention discloses a high pier column and cover beam integrated construction device and a construction method thereof. The high pier column and cover beam integrated construction device comprises a supporting frame, a climbing frame and a lifting frame. The supporting frame is arranged outside the climbing frame and detachably connected with the climbing frame, and a movable formwork used for pier column forming is arranged on the supporting frame. The lifting frame is arranged at the top of the supporting frame, and a lifting mechanism is arranged on the lifting frame; the climbing frame is arranged outside the pier column and used for driving the supporting frame and the lifting frame to ascend along the pier column. The climbing frame comprises a jacking frame, a first fixing frame and a second fixing frame which are sequentially arranged from top to bottom, and the jacking frame is detachably connected with the supporting frame; the jacking frame, the first fixing frame and the second fixing frame are each evenly provided with a plurality of holding assemblies used for holding the pier column in the circumferential direction of the jacking frame, the first fixing frame and the second fixing frame. The climbing frame and the pier column are fixed by arranging the enclasping assembly, bolts do not need to be embedded in the pier column during construction, the construction cost is reduced, no bolt interferes with movement of the climbing frame during jacking, and the jacking efficiency of the climbing frame is greatly improved.
