The invention relates to a railway bridge deck waterproof layer disease local repairing structure which comprises a bridge deck, a waterproof layer laid on the bridge deck and a local repairing layer arranged on disease points of the waterproof layer. The overall contour of the local repairing layer is larger than the contour of the disease point, and the edge of the lower layer of the local repairing layer is pressed between the waterproof layer and the bridge floor. A local repairing mode is adopted, and the lower-layer edge of the local repairing layer is pressed below the original waterproof layer, so that the edge of the local repairing layer is effectively prevented from being damaged.
